Si-Gung Keith Kernspecht, the head of the European WingTsun Organisation (EWTO), paid a visit to London on Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th of August to give a two day student seminar. The theme of the seminar was Si-Gung Kernspecht's "Big Seven". These seven elements which are crucial to the successful practise of WingTsun are awareness, flexibility, balance, body unity, sensitivity, timing and fighting spirit. During the course of the two days, Si-Gung expanded upon each element and provided practical examples of the principles which the students then practised.
Si-Hings Michael O'Leary and Daragh Breathnach who teach in the Blanchardstown school travelled from Ireland to the seminar and both would like to thank Si-Gung Kernspecht, Master Andrew Cameron who is the National Instructor for Great Britain and all the GB instructors for making them feel welcome.
